Our company values are represented by the statements shown on the different pages around this site and the values encapsulated in the name Zentio. Below we have written a few more words for some in order to emphasize why we find it important.

"The right solution can be operated by the customer without our presence"
We are here to help the customers build solutions they can handle with their current level of competence - if they ask for a more complex solution we try to include a maintenance plan in the delivery.

"There do not exist Stand Alone solutions within BI"
You always need a holistic approach to the problem - every new implementation will have some impact on your existing solution, and this impact must be a part of your implementation considerations.

"Does all your reports have a defined purpose and position within your business processes?"
If not, you always need to reconsider the value of developing and maintaining these reports. Considering purpose and position also helps you organising the reports.
